Has experience of 15 years and currently specializes in Laparoscopic Surgery, Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery and Liver Transplantation and is an active member of the Global Transplantation Program since its inception.

Basic Surgical training from Madras Medical college followed by Fellowship in  Abdominal organ transplant surgery ( Liver, Kidney and Pancreas) from  Baylor University Medical Center, Dallas, USA under Dr.Goran Klintmalm. Further training in Living Donor Liver transplant under  Prof.Inomata  at Kumamoto University, Japan.
   
  Dr. S.Vivekanandan MRCS., FRCS
After his initial surgical training at Madras Medical College, he moved on for higher surgical training in Birmingham, UK. This lead on to him being awarded the intercollegiate FRCS. His liver transplant training was at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham and at The Sheila Sherlock Liver Centre, Royal Free Hospital, London. Later he also complete a living Related Liver transplant Fellowship at The Asan Medical Centre, Seoul, South Korea. He has a vast experience in Liver and Pancreatic resection surgeries.
